When Will My Payment Be Charged?
For prepaid orders, your payment will be charged immediately upon successful completion of the transaction.
Your order will be processed only after payment confirmation is received.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected products and serviceable pin codes.
Scraft Uniworld reserves the right to:
- Disable COD for certain products or locations.
- Charge an additional COD handling fee, if applicable.
- Verify orders before dispatch.
Failed Transactions
If your payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account, please wait for up to 5-7 business days.
In most cases, the amount is automatically reversed by the bank or payment provider.
If the issue persists, please contact your bank or payment provider first and then reach out to our support team.
Duplicate Payments
If you are charged more than once for the same order, please contact our customer support team with:
- Order ID
- Transaction Reference Number
- Payment Screenshot
After verification, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment source.
Payment Verification
For security purposes, Scraft Uniworld reserves the right to verify payment details before processing or dispatching an order.
Additional verification may be required in cases of suspected fraudulent activity.
Pricing & Taxes
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, COD charges, and other fees (if any) will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed according to our Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy.
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- COD Orders: Refunds will be transferred to the customer's bank account.
